Smithfiled will be a lesser place. Bon voyage.

Thanks but you mean Stoneybatter! I sure will miss Dublin 7.

Did anyone head to the gig on College Green on NYE?

this board got so quiet noone ever answered that one. Happy NY Colm. I hope 2013 is treating you well so far. :)

Had friends who went to that College Green gig and, although they like our chop chop boys, it seems that Imelda May was the star of the night.

Cheers, hopefully it will pick up around the new album coming out. Best of luck to you btw! :)

Best of luck with the move back. You once helped me with getting one of the boys rarer songs, therefore I feel entitled to wish you good luck :P

Well towards the end of Next to You (just as Paul was seamlessly easing into Justin Timeberlake's new tune ) the PA just went.. then it came back in just enough time for them to start into Flame and then it went again.. you had to love the crowd's reaction.. it was kind of like being at a panto.. couldn't help but shout out "he's behind you!" :o !

I really enjoyed the gig, decent crowd, new songs started to grow on me (I find they always do having heard them live! Now I want more! Regretting not going to see them in NCH big time  ) but having said that the whole ordeal disrupted the flow of things.. a kind of energy builds up and that was lost when the sound sh1t itself.. also you'd have to imagine the set had to be cut short! Of course it's not the lads fault or even the promoters/organisers.. these things just happen I guess.. still kinda feel short changed.. I was very impressed with how when they came back after the whole thing was fixed they just belted into the business end of Next to you.. then I remembered they're professionals! Many times during the day I down tools go have a beer and come back and pick up exactly where I started off 8)

If there is no parisian dates for the chop chop tour, it's gonna be ok.

Tempted to go to Amsterdam to see them.

See if you just stayed in Ireland where you belong this wouldn't happen :)

If she stayed in Ireland, I bet you couldn't move for Parisian gigs !!

It's going to be ok when Bell X1 start changing their social media banners with the new album stuff.

'The Upswing' the new single apparently and the new album called 'Arms' I saw someone say.
