Heaven forbid he actually said it himself ... "Slash City" would have been impressive though !!

The Bellies will be on the Late Late tonight, performing Velcro with the RTÉ Concert Orchestra.

The Facebook gig ... Kinda fitting that folks seemed more interested in recording it on their phones, that actually paying the gig any attention

4min mile is rediculously good live.

after that amazing version on the late late, it seems obvious now that the lads will have to play the NCH some day soon, with the full whack orchestra. been there for damo. it brought a whole new dimension to the gig.

and yes, 4MM has everything a gig version needs. absolutely love it.
And by the time we stand on our own two feet, we're standing there alone.

Very true. Agreed on Four-Minute Mile also.
That version of Velcro on the Late Late was brilliant.

Had to do a bit of digging to find this, but the Bellies will be on Newstalk with Tom Dunne before 12 and on Phantom between 12 and 1.

Eve (#7) and Rocky Took A Lover (#13) made it onto Phantom's list of the top 50 Irish songs ever, won by Teenage Kicks! :)

Interesting list ... Is the listenership older that the station thinks, or just the people who voted ?

As a T? fan, great to see Screamager get the nod ahead of the lamentable Nowhere.
