I bet the wife was delighted :P

in all fairness she was probably happy to have any attention diverted from her gaseous side of the bed .... she is 8 months pregnant though so i'll let it slide for now i suppose

If the maternity bag is ready, you've no reason to be nervous (other than if you think of the idea of you stuck on the M1 driving to the Rotunda!)

After the big day, you're given 2 to 3 days to get the house clean, the shopping done, the baby room ready and mainly to get your head around the fact that your wife is soon coming home with the real king/queen of the house... easy.

As I'm currently in a mood where I feel like listening to depressing songs, I'd like to add:

Bon Iver - Skinny Love

While we're on the subject, can we change the subject now?

Missed this thread till now. Ah well, here's a few suggestions:

Radiohead - How To Disappear Completely, Exit Music (For A Film) - the one that depressed Tommy Tiernan on Fr. Ted!
The Smiths - That Joke Isn't Funny Anymore
Johnny Cash - If You Could Read My Mind (cover)
Joy Division - 24 hours
"If all time was but a day,
We'd show up around midnight and say hey"
