I wonder if they had hand auditions ... Dom, being a 'hand twin' would have had the edge in my book.

I look forward to hearing some remixes of this ... The end of it has all the hallmarks of tearing up a dancefloor

I like bit of it but overall I don't think I like the video. I do (finally) have a bit of a man crush on Paul Noonan now though. Yes, it has taken this long.

I just wonder how many times they had to practice all that before Paul could do it with a straight face.

Sometimes, there are songs that I don't "get" until I see them performed live. This video had the same sort of effect. Now I've got to say that I'm quite a fan of "Velcro."

same here. watching the video changed my opinion on the song. it's the Noonan effect and the abyss of his eyes. it's like he puts a spell on you... because you're his!

I wondered that myself...I love the video!

I'm a newbie here, well first post anyway! I've loved Velcro since they posted the oxegen gig last year, saw them in Pittsburgh and thought it was brilliant acoustic. I was actually a little surprised when I heard it first as the single, which I listened to on Ian Dempsey's show. I just wasn't sure about it, could've been that it was on a radio show through the computer! Now the more I listen the more I love.

For me though the Bellies can do no wrong...even if I'm not crazy about a song at first I will eventually love it. :D
